We keep it simple. A quick email, a Loom video or a call, whatever works for you. Because we already know your brand, briefing us takes minutes rather than hours.
It depends on the complexity of the task, but we always give you a clear timeframe upfront. Retainer clients get priority scheduling.
For monthly retainers we ask for a minimum 3-month commitment so we can plan properly and deliver consistent results. Ad-hoc support has no minimum.
Yes, any of the services listed above. Unused hours don't roll over month to month, so we'll always remind you if you have hours left to use.
