Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: To be eligible for this giveaway, organisations must be based in New Zealand and genuinely operating as a not-for-profit organisation.
Registration: Registration for the giveaway will close on April 30th, 2023. Only one registration per organisation is allowed.
Winner selection: The winner will be chosen by the staff at Scooch Marketing Limited in May 2023. The winner will be notified by email, phone, or any other contact details provided at the time of registration.
Prize: The prize is a free website build and hosting provided by Rocketspark, with a total value of $1,500. The website build will be completed in 2023.
Disqualification: Scooch Marketing Limited reserves the right to disqualify any organisation that does not meet the eligibility requirements or is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Social media content: The winning organisation must be willing to allow Scooch Marketing Limited to post videos, pictures, and other media relating to the website on social media.
Transferability: The prize is not transferable for money or anything else.
Domain name fees: The annual registration fee for the domain name is not included in the prize, and the winning organisation will be responsible for the annual fee of $35+GST per domain name.
Privacy: Scooch Marketing Limited will collect and use personal information provided by participants solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not disclose this information to any third party without the consent of the participant.
Termination: Scooch Marketing Limited reserves the right to terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Liability: Scooch Marketing Limited is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or liability that may occur as a result of participating in the giveaway, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing. Scooch Marketing Limited's liability in relation to the giveaway is limited to the total value of the prize.
Changes: Scooch Marketing Limited reserves the right to change the winner for any reason.
