How long does a website take?

Anywhere from 2-4 weeks for smaller sites, and up to 12 weeks for larger ones.

Absolutely we can! We can give your site an entire overhaul, or just focus on the areas that need to step it up.

Can you visit our business?

We can visit your business when we have our monthly social media catch-ups. This is also the perfect opportunity to grab any photography or video content we need for the following month.

What platforms should my business be on?

Each platform has different outcomes, so we’ll personalise the plan to your needs.

Can you help with decent photography?

We certainly can! Our team can pop in to capture fresh images for your content. Or if it’s a full branding shoot you’re after, we’ve got some great suggestions up our sleeves.

How do I know my information and passwords will be kept safe?

Security is a top priority for us:

+ We use LastPass software to encrypt and protect our client’s passwords. LastPass means we can access your site without ever knowing your password.

+ All of our laptops run virus protection software and are password protected.

+ We pay for Google Workspace to store client information.

+ We run two-factor authentication on all our passwords where possible.

How do I share documents or images with you?

Don’t worry, we make things easy for you. If you’re new to this, we’ll set you up with a range of software options including Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive.
