Over the past 12 months, we partnered with the Brain Injury Association Otago/Canterbury to revitalise their entire digital footprint. Their previous not-for-profit website, built on Squarespace, was outdated and lacked user focus. Our mission was to transform their online presence through expert not for profit website design to serve their community better and enhance their digital engagement.

BIA's old website was tired and inefficient, failing to meet the needs of its users. The design was outdated, navigation was cumbersome, and the content was not user-focused, making it difficult for visitors to find the information they needed. The site lacked the necessary elements to effectively engage and support their audience.
