We worked with Glenwood to build them a new website. Their previous website was dated, hard to navigate, and didn't show off the care facilities and lively atmosphere that their residents loved. By focusing on what made them a place to call home, we went to work on building something that captured that warm, inviting feeling of Glenwood.

What We Did

Our team got to work talking to their staff to understand what makes Glenwood different. We toured their facilities and got to work on creating a something that met their website needs. Calming, accessible, inviting, and most importantly, showed it a home to return to.

We made a brand to match with colours that relate to the care but also to the energetic atmosphere from the daily activities to choose from. Fonts that keep things easy to read no matter which family member is checking out the site.

We organised new photography with some Glenwood volunteers as models that captured the everyday life and care and the staff doing what they do best.

The result? A rest home that you want to join the waiting list for.

The old website was lacking in attraction. Overly clinical and focused on the facts. Now, our team made it the vibrant and attentive place that it is in real life, where you are able to live as you always have.

The new website showcases their cottages, the independent lifestyle, connection with others, and top of the line care. It's built around the people who live there.

We added new copy that made sure to match the brand with inviting, warm, and caring language that connects with families. The website can look nice but there's no point if the words are dismissive.

The new Glenwood brand and website is inviting, caring, and supportive, capturing the core values they stand for. 

The website is able to better showcase the care provided without limiting residents freedom, focusing on allowing them to continue to live as they always have with the relief that assistance is always nearby.

The addition of custom illustrations make them stand out in their attention to detail and keeps their social interactions consistent long after the project is done.
