  • Know when to say NO. As a recovering perfectionist, I know how hard this one is!

  • Leave work at work, don't take your work home with you.

  • Learn how to work smart. Do you work with multiple clients? Set up some systems and processes to have a little more flow in your days.

  • Put some time aside for your work and personal time. My top tip for this one is to have your phone automatically switch to do not disturb at a certain time every day. 

  • Listen to your mind and your body. Take regular breaks and be sure to get some exercise in your day.

There are so many ways to create simple and cost-effective efficient systems to make your business-personal life much more balanced.
